A female empowerment course for business, taught with a comedy lens. 

​​H.E.R. is a 6-week course designed for women who want to feel more confident, speak more clearly, and take up space at work.

​

Using improv, communication tools, and presentation skills, you’ll learn how to think on your feet, handle pressure, speak with authority, and trust yourself in the moment. This isn’t about becoming louder or “more confident” overnight. It’s about building real, usable skills in a supportive, funny, low-pressure environment.

No performance experience required. No business jargon. Just practical tools, laughter, and a room full of women who get it.

We will cover:

 

• The Art of the Pivot: Learn to handle curveballs, unexpected questions, and sudden changes on the fly without breaking a sweat.

• Commanding the Room: Master physical and vocal presence so your ideas aren't just heard, but respected.

• Radical Clarity: Ditch the overthinking and qualifiers, and learn to give and receive feedback with absolute authority.

• Personal Branding & Resilience: Build deep self-trust and an unshakeable resilience that helps you bounce back from any workplace setback.

Expect improv games designed for real life, gentle challenges, lots of laughs, and breakthroughs that actually carry over into your day-to-day work.

• Thursday evenings from 7-9:00PM

• October 1 - November 12 (6 weeks) - no class Nov 5

• The cost of the course is €350 incl. VAT

• This class takes place at Dijktheater (Da Costakade 160)
